| 摘 要： | 分析了和谐社会的阶层结构、农民工社会流动、农民工子女教育公平之间的关系,讨论了和谐社会对农民工子女教育公平的诉求,从农民工子女的入学机会、教育过程和教育结果等方面阐述了农民工子女教育的现状与问题。提出促进农民工子女教育公平的策略,包括建立财政转移支付专项资金、明晰各部门和地方政府在农民工子女教育问题上的责任和义务、给予农民工子女教育以积极差别对待等。
