| 摘 要： | 大学生活和中学生活有着明显差异,大学新生具有特殊的思想状况和鲜明的特点,新生的教育关系到新生的健康成长,所以应从新生的生活、学习、心理健康、素质拓展、目标重塑等方面进行全方位的教育,尽快缩短新生的角色转换期,为未来的成功职业生涯打下坚实的基础。
