| 摘 要： | 版权用尽是经版权人同意投放市场后的版权商品，原则上版权人对该版权商品其后的流向和使用失去了控制权。传统的法律价值观大多反对版权用尽。但从经济学的视角，运用比较的研究方法，可以探讨出与当前一般看法相反的结论：版权用尽是一种可能选择的制度。这应引起立法的重视。

| Abstract: | Copyright exhaustion refers to the fact that the copyright owner in principle loses control over the copyright product after it is put on the market with the grant of the copyright owner. Traditional legal values are mostly opposed to copyright exhaustion. However, from the perspective of economics and by applying the comparative research method, a conclusion opposite to the prevalent view can be drawn: copyright exhaustion is an alternative system. This should merit the attention of lawmakers. |
