| 摘 要： | 随着农村税费改革的推行,特别是取消农业税,乡镇政府的主要职能也要随之发生变化,即由原来的"汲取型"政府向"服务型"政府转变,乡镇政府应该为农民提供更多的服务。

| Abstract: | Along with carrying out countryside taxes ~ fees reform, specially the repeal of the agricultural tax, the main functions of township governments need to be changed, namely the transformation should be from the original deriving-oriented to the service-oriented. Therefore, the township governments should provide more services for the farmers. |
