| 摘 要： | 建国初期,学习前苏联教育经验成为高等教育改革的重要战略举措。借鉴苏联模式,湖北高校进行了院系调整和教学改革,推动了湖北高校正规化、制度化建设的步伐,促进了湖北教育事业的发展。但这一学习过程也出现了一些重大失误。客观分析和评价这一历史事件,对于促进当今我国高校的改革与发展,繁荣国际间教育交流都有着重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | At the start of the Republic it was significant for higher education to take in the ex-Soviet's educational experience.Some reform and adjustments were carried out to speed up the educational cause in Hubei Province.However very serious mistakes were also made in the process.A reflection of that historical event may be helpful to the current reform and international exchange in our universities. |
