| 摘 要： | 面对21世纪的新形势，高职高专院校不仅要注重学生技术应用能力的培养，更重要的是实施创新教育，实现教育观念创新、人才培养模式创新、教学内容与教学方法创新和教育教学制度创新，加强学生创新精神和创新能力的培养，提高其对未来职业变化的应变能力，为社会主义现代化建设培养具有创新能力的技术应用型人才。

| Abstract: | In the face of the new century, the higher vocational colleges should emphasize the training of students' practical ability. What's more, they should implement new education system, which includes: change the old education concept, the old way of training students, the teaching content, the teaching method and the old education system. The higher vocational colleges should attach much importance to training students' creative power, to improve their flexibility, so that they can support the society with talents of high ability. |
