| 摘 要： | 在综述OA系统的国内外研究与开发现状基础上,突出科研单位的科研工作特点,对科研业务流程进行分析和解读,以一个中小规模的科研院所单位为实证对象,着重从科研工作的角度,分任务提醒、任务安排、资料检索、完成任务、成果存储等方面进行科研业务流程OA系统的实证设计。本文研究可作为科研单位实施科研工作OA的部分设计依据。

| Abstract: | Through reviewed the research and development situation of Office Automation system at domestic and abroad,on the basis of analysis and interpretation of research business process,this paper takes a medium and small scale research institute as the empirical object.Through the following such aspects as system login,task notification,task scheduler,document retrieval,task perform,results storage,system maintenance and rights management,this paper proceeds the empirical design of Office Automation. |
