| 摘 要： | WTO倡导的是信用经济,而政府行政行为的失范、无所作为乃至推波助澜,使得我国目前政府的信用状况不佳,远远达不到WTO规则的要求.因此,作为政府部门,应尽快按新的坐标来建设信用政府.
