| 摘 要： | 随着上市公司的发展,我国经济体制改革中逐渐出现了MBO的新形式。但由于MBO在我国刚刚起步,在价格方面缺乏相应的法律法规,致使出现较多问题。因此,本文欲从MBO的概念入手,分析我国上市公司MBO在价格方面存在的问题,并提出相关法律对策。

| Abstract: | With the development of listed company,as a new form,management buyouts gradually occured in our country's reform of economic system.Because management buyouts only starts in our country,and lacks relevant laws and regulations,and causes a lot of problems.So,starting from the concepts,this article analyzes pricing problems about listed company of management buyouts in our country,and provides relevant legal suggestions. |
