| 摘 要： | 经济结构调整时期,每一个追求持续成长的企业为应对风云变化的市场环境都需对自身业务不断重新思考和定位,进行企业转型。而转型的成功与否与外部知识的引进、转移、吸收和创新息息相关。本文在对转型企业和知识转移相关概念及流程介绍的基础上,剖析转型中进行外部知识转移将遇到的种种困难和阻碍因素,希望给转型企业提出一些有效对策以供参考。

| Abstract: | During the time of economic structural adjustment,to cope with the situation changing external market environment,each enterprises of pursuing sustainable growth are required to constantly rethink their own business and positioning,corporate restructuring.And the success of the transition with the introduction,transfer,absorption and innovation of external knowledge are closely related.This article described relevant definitions and processes about the transformation of enterprise and knowledge transfer,and then analyzed the transition difficulties and obstacles,and finally put forward to some valid suggestions. |
