| Abstract: | The outlook of scientific development put forward by the Communist Party of China at the 16th conference of CPC is a primary instructive policy which is consistent with the new situation, task and requirements. It is a rational consideration in the situation of rapid development of economy, politics and society, which will greatly instruct the development of tertiary education. We must understand correctly the instructive meaning of the outlook of scientific development, acquire and carry out it completely in order to stimulate the continuous development of tertiary education. |
