| 摘 要： | 电子政务影响人类社会生活的方方面面，导致各种新的社会问题和社会关系产生，电子政务的法律问题日显突出。电子政务的运行必须在法律监督之下，电子政务的发展也必须基于信息法律的保障，电子政务的实施有利于建设法制社会。发达国家电子政务法律比较完备。我国重视信息法学工作，但电子政务法规建设相对滞后，必须进一步加快其进程，完善电子政务法制环境，保障电子政务的健康发展。

| Abstract: | E-Government influences on every part of human social lives, causes many new social
problems and social relations, and the problems of E-Government laws present more and more. The operating of E -Government must be under law supervision, the development of E-Government relies on the insurance of information laws, the effectuation of E-Government favors the construction of constitution society. The system of laws of E-Government developed countries is nearly perfect. In China, the legislation of information laws is appreciated, but the legislation of E-Government laws lags far behind, its process must be speeded, to consummate the constitution environment of E-Government. and insure the rapid development of E-Government. |
