| Abstract: | It is introduces in briefly how to turn the collage gym delegation into a base which accords with the development trend of contemporary gym, and trains modern talented athlete. This paper provides us means by which we can exploit gym resources more adequately and rally can avoid the waste of gym fund, can solve the problems left behind and make it operate scientifically. |
