摘    要:随着泉州民营企业的迅速发展以及其内外部环境的改变,企业文化创新的必要性日益呈现,它不仅是泉州民营企业进一步发展的工作重点,也是泉州民营企业实现新跨越的必然要求。然而泉州民营企业的文化创新中还存在着主体缺位、认识偏差等诸多问题,为此,我们必须提高企业家素质,从各个方面落实以人为本的理念,推进泉州民营企业的文化创新,同时政府也应该发挥其服务作用,为企业文化创新开辟道路。

Abstract:With the rapid development of Quanzhou private enterprises and the change of theirs internal external environment,the enterprise cultural innovation is showing more necessity,which is not only the key work of further development but also the inevitable requirement for new leap of Quanzhou private enterprises.The cultural innovation of Quanzhou private enterprises still have some problems such as subject vacancy and cognitive deviation,so,we must improve entrepreneur quality,carry out the idea of human-orientation from every aspects,which promote the cultural innovation of Quanzhou private enterprises.At the same time,the local government should value the working talent and create conditions for the enterprise cultural innovation.
