| Abstract: | In the course of establishing China a nation of domination by laws,we must pay more attention to the effect of moral construction,which is an important part of law-based domination and civilization.Morality-based domination has its spiritual effect on law-based domination,therefore we ought to reinforce our socialist moral construction so as to promote the development of a nation with law-based domination. |
