| 摘 要： | 沈德潜和纪昀在学批评史上一直被相提并论，二人的诗学有一致处，也有差异。相同处主要体现在对经世致用的看重，对诗教的维护，对温柔敦厚的要求；差异主要表现在道观的不同和诗学研究重心以及具体看法的不同。他们诗学的特点和他们身份的不同定位有一定联系。
