| 摘 要： | 在新的经济形势下，企业面临着更为激烈的竞争。企业必须有良好的激励机制和优秀的管理系统。为达到这一目的，企业一般会采取相应的激励机制。激励的方法有报酬激励、目标激励、工作激励和文化激励等方法。激励的原则有与目标相一致的原则、物质激励和精神激励相结合的原则、外在激励和内在激励相结合的原则、按需激励的原则和激励的公正性原则。公司的管理层激励机制主要问题是对管理层的需求不了解和缺乏创新激励机制等。针对这些问题，笔者提出了完善公司激励机制和创新体制等措施。

| Abstract: | Under new economic situation, enterprise is confronted with the competition more fiercely. Enterprise must have fine incentive mechanism and excellent administrative system. To achieve this purpose, enterprise may generally adopt corre- sponding incentive measures. The stimulating method has reward stimulates, the target stimulates, the excitation and culture working stimulate method as well. The stimulating principles involve principle consistent with the target, principle of integra- tion of matter excitation with sprit excitation, principle of integration of external excitation with inherent excitation, need of the stimulating principle and the justice stimulating principle. The primal problem of the company~ incentive mechanism of administration is that they do not know about manager＇s need and short of creative mechanism. Aim at these problems, the present writer put forward some measures, such as improve enterprise＇s incentive mechanism and creative mechanism. |
