| 摘 要： | 中学法制教育的教材建设，是发挥学校德育工作主渠道作用、提高中学生法律素质的重要措施。我们在推进课程改革、推广和普及新教学方法教学第一线的实践中深深体会到，要加强中学法制教育的针对性和实效性，必须进一步完善教材改革，更新教育观念，突出教学实践环节，淡化学科理论体系，克服形式主义和脱离中学生实际的倾向；必须进一步增强教材的可读性，使其更好地发挥教与学的基本工具的功能。更好地成为中学法制教育的工具、媒介和资源。
