摘    要:我国传统教育与现行教育的误区是:教育是伦理道德教育,是仕途之道,只是青少年、学校和教师的事。传授知识、培养能力和学会做人是教育的三个层面。教育自我、教育成人、教育领导干部、教育青少年是教育的四种境界。

Abstract:Chinese traditional and modern education has many error areas such as education meaning ethical and moral education,the way through which man can be an official,and education only relating to teen-ages,schools and teachers.Education has three layers,one is to impart knowledge,and another is to train abilities,and the last is to learn to be a human.Education has its four conditions,the first is to educate oneself,the second is to educate grown-ups,the third is to educate carders and officials,and the fourth is to educate teen-age people.
