| 摘 要： | 春秋战国时期,人才成为各国富国强兵、克敌制胜的重要资源。各诸侯国之间激烈的人才竞争加速了人才流动,客观上推动了当时社会的发展与生产力的进步。因此,分析这个时期的人才流动现象,一定程度上能为当代社会发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States periods,talents had been primary resources for the kings in their efforts to strengthen and enrich their states and win victories.The competition for talents among states speeded up the flow of the talents and prepared platform and stages for the talents to play prominent role,thus advanced social development and progress.By examining this,we can draw valuable experience to promote our management. |
