| 摘 要： | 随着人们生活水平的提高,健身指导员也将成为当今社会的热门职业。只有具备良好综合素质的健身指导员才具备市场竞争力,才能更好地胜任此项工作。通过对西安市各大健身俱乐部健身指导员的基本情况进行调查和分析,提出西安市健身指导员队伍发展的对策,为培养健身类项目专业人才的学校在教学方向和内容上提供参考,也为健身俱乐部的未来发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of people's living standards,more and more people are willing to be bodybuilding instructors. The author analyzed the status quo of bodybuilding instructors in Xi'an and put (forward) relative countermeasures in order to provide references for schools training students majoring in bodybuilding events and for clubs towards better development in the future. |
