| 摘 要： | 档案信息资源开发就是将静态的档案信息资源转换成动态的信息为用户所利用的过程,包括服务性开发、智能性开发、技术性开发等形式。明确档案信息资源开发和利用的含义、形式、方法及途径,对于科学、合理地组织开发工作,最大限度地发挥档案资源信息的作用,不断满足社会日益增长的档案资源信息需求,都具有十分重要的意义。
