摘    要:本文以32位ARM微处理器为核心,以μC/OS-Ⅱ为嵌入式实时操作系统构建了一个基于ARM嵌入式的移动视频采集处理系统,主要包括系统控制、视频采集、MPEG-4压缩和无线传输等四个部分。本系统设计方便,灵活性强,可在视频监控、视频处理等众多领域得到广泛应用。

Abstract:This paper attempts to build a 32bit ARM microprocessor based and ARM-based mobile real-time video acquisition and processing system, which takes μC/OSⅡ as its operating system. The system mainly includes the system control, video capture, compression of the MPEG4 and wireless transmission. The system is convenient, flexible, and can be applied in the video surveillance, video processing and many other fields.
