| 摘 要： | 在现代运动中，选材是培养优秀运动员的基础及重要手段，本通过献资料的查阅和对多年从事乒乓球运动训练工作的专家、学的调查访问，研制一套切实可行的、结合乒乓球专项特点的启蒙阶段选材方法，提供给基层教练、教师选择使用，旨为提高他们在初级乒乓球训练阶段选材的成功率。

| Abstract: | In modern training, selecting is the foundation of training. Through looking up the docu- mentory information and visiting the experts and scholars who are in the line of the sports of table ten- nis for many years, The author worked out a set of selecting methods which is combined with the en- lightenment stage characteristics of table tennis athlete. It will help the coach to raise the success rate of training. |
