| Abstract: | The article introduces one kind of digital millisecond counter which is designed by adopting 100KHz quartz crystal oscillator, infrared photoelectical switch and integrated circuit(composed of decimal counter/seven-phase decoder). The surveying precision of this kind of counter can be up to 0.01ms. |
