| 摘 要： | 文章利用我国各地区的面板数据证明了城乡教育不平等是造成城乡收入差距的重要原因之一,并且指出当前我国的教育扩展是有利于缩小城乡差距的。通过分析发现,教育扩展之所以有利于缩小城乡差距,原因并不在于其缩小了城乡的教育不平等,而是因为现在城乡教育回报率的差异要远小于已有的城乡收入差距,从而导致教育扩展起到了缩小城乡收入差距的作用。

| Abstract: | With the panel data of all the areas,the study suggests that the education inequality between urban and rural areas is one of the most important reasons of the income gap between urban and rural people.The expansion of education can reduce the income gap.We also find that the reason education expansion can reduce income gap is not because it reduces the educational inequality between urban and rural areas,but the gap of education returning rate between urban and rural is smaller than the income gap between urban and rural people. |
