| 摘 要： | 以信息生态理论指导企业危机信息预警目的在于创新工作思维,促进信息预警工作更有成效。企业危机信息预警体系可以类比成一个信息生态系统,需要综合考虑信息活动本身、与危机预警有关的人员、技术、组织结构、管理制度等因素。经过类比分析与逻辑推理发现,倡导以信息生态理论开展企业危机信息预警工作,就是以系统的思维方式,坚持以人为本,强调人的主体性,协调利用技术资源、组织资源、信息资源。在信息生态理论指导下,企业应以信息生态观优化管理思维,以人为本,培育关键"物种",构建危机预警的信息生态链,以项目化管理方式促进危机预警的信息生态链完善。
