| Abstract: | The reform of track and field class of physical education at teachers' college,should be changed from “Traditional Education”to“Quality Education”.One of the reforming measures is to revise the aim of training and the task of teaching at first.The teaching content should be worked out and suited for the teaching of physical education at middle schools.The teaching methods should be stressed on “teachers' training”.We must pay attention to the training of the students' four capabilities and two abilities in practice. |
