| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化的推进，地方高校的发展有了很大的空间。地方高校要想在这场竞争中立于不败之地就必须增强自身的竞争优势尤其是核心竞争优势。本文从地方高校的区域性、应用型、特色优势等几个方面来进行分析与论述增强地方高校的核心竞争力的策略与途径。

| Abstract: | There is a great deal of development space for a local univerisity in the process of the populaization of higher education. A local university must enhance its own competitiveness, especially its core compeiitiveness if it wants to be invincible in this competition. This article disserates the strategies and approaches to enhance the competitiveness of a local university from its regional and application - orientede feature. |
