| 摘 要： | 在指出企业危机信息资源建设原则的基础上从认知、学习和内容模块三方面论述企业危机信息资源建设过程.具体阐述了基于信息资源载体和管理过程的危机信息资源认知;基于信息资源本体知识转化和应急反应的危机信息资源学习和由案例、方法、专家、组织和工具等组成的内容模块.
