| Abstract: | The training of the teaching staff in vocational school should be guided by the scientific thought, make sure the training orientation and master the emphasis of the training of the teaching staff. We should stress the improvement of the knowledge level from stressing the certificate education on the training target, deal with the relationship of knowledge, ability and quality well on the training content and change the single indoctrinate knowledge into the inter-communication on the training ways and methods. |
