| 摘 要： | 随着城市的全面改造升级,石家庄市公共文化建设正在发生显著变化。为使公共文化建设真正起到提升城市形象、提高市民素质、丰富人民文化生活的作用,还需进一步加强文化设施的规划建设,积极举办特色文化活动,开发多种文化服务功能,探索合理的经营管理方式。
