| 摘 要： | 在城镇化过程中必然会产生失去土地的农民。由于失地农民学历低、技能水平低、高技能培训基础弱,已不能满足经济发展对人力资源素质的需求。把失地农民变成城镇市民,农业劳动者转变为具备多项技能的、满足产业结构转型升级需求的人力资源,是失地农民社区教育开展的基本目标。通过对失地农民进行社区教育,可帮助失地农民获得再就业技能,促进劳动力顺利转移。

| Abstract: | In the process of urbanization,peasants without land are bound to appear.These peasants can not meet the demand of economic development in the aspect of human resource quality due to their low qualification level,low technique skill level and weak basis for high professional qualification training.Transforming peasants without land to city residents and transforming agricultural labor to multi-skills human resource which can meet the demand of industrial structure adjustment is the basic goal of community education for peasants without land.By community education,we can help peasants without land obtain the skill for re-employment and promote the smooth transfer of labor force. |
