| 摘 要： | 政府在农民工教育培训工作中担负着法律制定、政策供给、资源整合、资金支持等方面的责任和作用,面对当前农民工教育培训工作中存在的法律缺失、二元体制障碍、资源不足等问题,政府应该从农民工教育培训的实际状况出发,采取制定并完善相关法律、构建城乡统一的教育培训制度、动员整合社会资源、增加教育培训资金投入等对策,支持引导农民工积极参加各种教育培训,提高农民工的科学文化素质、岗位技能和文明程度。

| Abstract: | In the work of educating and training migrant workers,the government is responsible for the legal formulation,policy supplies,resource integration,financial support and other aspects of functions.In face of the problems in migrant workers’ educational training system,such as imperfect law,binary system obstacle,inadequate resource and so on,our government should perfect relevant laws,establish unified urban-rural educational training system,integrate social resources,increase the education training funds etc.,and to steer migrant workers to take an active part in various education training in order to improve their cultural and scientific qualities,job qualification and the level of civilization. |
