| 摘 要： | 运用"关联理论指导下的法律翻译、法律翻译是一种交际行为、法律文本功能决定翻译策略、译文应传达立法意图、法律翻译以预期受众为中心"等语用原则对法律翻译进行研究,以实现"法律翻译的目的是创造同等法律效力的目的语文本"这一目标。

| Abstract: | This paper, under the guidance that ＂the aim of legal translation is to create a same forceful target text＂, applies such pragmatic principles as ＂legal translation in the relevance theo- ry, legal translation is a communication activity, legal text function decides the translation tech- nique, target text should communicate legislation purpose, legal translation centers on the pro- spective audiences＂ in order to achieve this goal. |
