| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着中国大豆进口量的不断增加,定价权缺失、进口价格波动剧烈、进口依存度过高、进口市场来源较为集中等进口安全问题越发引起国内学者和决策层的关注。因此,对大豆进口安全的研究有着重要的理论和现实意义。文章对大豆进口数量的波动、进口价格的波动以及进口依赖程度进行了研究,通过制定评价标准来测度中国大豆的进口安全水平,依据评价结果并结合现状提出了保障大豆进口安全的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the increasing imported soybean in China, problems, such as lack of pricing power, sharp fluctuations in prices, high dependence on imports, and concentrated im- port market, concern domestic scholars and decision-makers. Therefore, it has important theo- retical and realistic significance to study security of imported soybean. The authors of this paper study the quantity fluctuation of imported soybean, the price fluctuation and the dependence on imports, develop a set of evaluation criteria to measure the security level of imported soybean in China and propose, based on the evaluation results and the analysis of the status quo, some meas- ures to ensure the safety of imported soybeans. |
