| 摘 要： | 本文依据较为翔实的数据和资料,论证了中国信息产业7个方面的发展,据此认为中国信息产业已初步形成。并提出中国信息产业的形成和发展对中国的社会和经济可能产生的影响:信息产业比重将越来越大并促进中国产业结构的调整;信息产业的发展有助于提高中国的宏微观决策水平,促进管理科学化;使资源结构发生根本性变化;信息产业的发展将影响就业结构,信息产业本身是高就业型产业;信息产业发展一方面有利于增强企业活力,另一方面从事信息经营的企业大批涌现;信息产业的发展将使人们的社会生活方式发生改变。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates seven aspects of the development of information industry of China according to rather detail data and materials, and suggests the possible impact of the formaion and development of this industry to the society and economy of China: the proportion of the information industry will inc(?)ease and promote the regulation of the industry structure; the development of the information industry contributes to raise the level of macro decision making; promotes the scientific management;makes the resource strucrure to occur foundamental change; the development of information industry will influence the employment structure, this industry itself is the high employment industry the development of this industry is beneficial to strengthen the activity of the enterprise on one hand,the enterprises which devote to informarion administration appear numerously on the other hand; the development of this industry will change the mode of human social life basically |
