| 摘 要： | 从不同角度分析介绍了在应试教育思想，教育理念下形成的音乐教育体系现状．结合音乐教育教学实践和对音乐教育的认识，素质教育思想和理念及新课程标准，着重论述了音乐教育中如何实施素质教育。强调音乐教育的功能，论述了音乐教育是全面实施素质教育的一个重要途径。
