| 摘 要： | 教育必须以促进学生的发展为宗旨。作为校长，以人为本的人文价值观应该是其价值观的核心。为了促进学校的发展，校长关注影响学校发展的一切因素，但最应该关注人的因素，关注人的价值与道德。因此，校长的文化领导比行政管理更为重要。

| Abstract: | The aim of education must focus on promoting the full development of students. As the head master, he bears in mind that the core of all the values should be humanity. In order to push forward the school development, the principal concentrates on all the factors that vill influence the school development. But above all, he should lay emphasis on human beings themselves and the value and morality of human beings. So it is more important for a principal th have the leading power in cultural guidance than that in administration. |
