| 摘 要： | 血管内皮功能紊乱主要原因是血管内皮一氧化氮(NO)的释放量减少而失去了NO的血管保护作用。研究表明,血管内皮功能紊乱和动脉粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病的发生发展密切相关,患高血压大鼠、肥胖大鼠、糖尿病大鼠,都有不同程度的血管内皮功能紊乱。运动可以改善血管内皮功能。

| Abstract: | The main reason of dysfunction of vascular endothelium is the decreasing NO release of vascular endothelium which leads to lose protect function of NO.The research shows that dysfunction of vascular endothelium is relate to occurrence and development of atherosclerosis,hypertension and diabetes.Rats with disease of hypertension,obesity and diabetes are suffered from dysfunction of vascular endothelium to different degrees.Exercise can improve the function of vascular endothelium. |
