| Abstract: | Dr. Raoul F. Kneucker, Secretary General of the Austrian Rectors’ Conference and member of the Advisory Committee of CEPES, is at present chairman of the OECD/CERI Programme “Institutional Management in Higher Education”. Here he analyses the situation in the OECD member countries and calls for improved training of “managers in the service of universities”. |
