| 摘 要： | 产学合作"两张皮"、"合而不深"是当前大陆高职院校产学合作的痛点,导致这一现象的重要原因在于合作路径的缺失.本文将组织"边界跨越"理论引入产学合作过程分析,基于我国台湾地区技职院校产学合作的嵌入式单案例分析,探索产学合作双方如何从"陌路人"转变为"深度合作者",并提出了产学合作"边界跨越"的一般路径.
