高职院校专业课教师专业化标准研究

摘    要:高职院校专业课教师专业化标准应遵循科学性、层次性、可操作性、适用性等原则,采用基于工作过程的工作任务分析法构建.该标准体系以教育、教学、管理、科研和社会服务为横向任务区域评价指标,以合格教师、熟练教师、优秀教师和专家教师为专业化发展阶段的纵向维度.
