| 摘 要： | 伊拉克和伊朗长期以来存在着领土纠纷、边界冲突,阿拉伯河对伊拉克来说具有重要的经济和战略意义,对其国家安全至关重要。复兴党是有着强烈的民族主义意识,一贯推行强硬的外交政策,它刚一上台执政就在阿拉伯河问题了提出绝不放弃主权的要求。为何到1975年伊拉克向伊朗作了让步,签订了这一对它来说是丧权辱国的阿尔及尔协定?本文重点从当时它的国内国际因素进行分析。

| Abstract: | Iraq and Iran have long existence of territorial disputes,border conflicts.On the Shatt al-Arab,Iraq had important economic and strategic significance,vital to its national security.Baath Party was a strong sense of nationalism,had consistently pursued a tough foreign policy,it had a power on the Shatt al-Arab issues raised would never give up sovereignty demands.Why in 1975 Iraq made concessions to Iran,to sign the Algiers Agreement?It were analyzed from the domestic and international factors. |
