| 摘 要： | 党的十七届四中全会要求全党把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为一项重大而紧迫的战略任务抓紧抓好。这一要求是我党历史经验的科学总结，是我党适应时代潮流和历史发展的战略举措，也是我党对马克思主义建党学说的重大发展。随着对这一新思路新理念的深入学习和广泛践行，必将对我党的建设、对中国特色社会主义事业的发展、对国际共运乃至世界历史的进程，产生重大而深远的影响。

This request is the scientific summary of our party＇s historic experiences, strategic action adapting to the trend of times and historical development and the significant devel- opment of the Marxism party-building theory. And it will certainly influence our party＇s construction and the Chinese characteristic socialism development. |
