| 摘 要： | 知识经济发展的动力是知识创新。创新人才的竞争是知识经济时代竞争的核心。高等学校要培养创新人才必须首先确立创新人才培养的新理念。这些新理念包括：“以培养创新人才为中心”、“以人为本”、“张显个性”、“理融合”、“人才竞争国际化”、“以德为本”等。

| Abstract: | The drive of the development of knowledge economy is knowledge innovation. Competition for creative talents is the center of competition in the period of knowledge economy. Universities must , first of all, set a new concept for creative talents if they want to train creative talents. These new ideas include: "It is the center to cultivate creative talents";"Take man as important" ("Propagandize personality"; "Combine arts and sceince" ; "internationalize talents competition" ;etc. |
