| Abstract: | This Paper puts forward the idea that the cost-benefit analysis should be carried out in the building of university library literature resources. In order to make a better and more effective use of the resources certain efforts and money are to be spent not only on the agreement with the present size and future development of the school , but also on the establishment of a library literature supplying systems bearing its own special characteristics. |
