| 摘 要： | 目的总结恶性心包积液置管引流注药化疗的临床护理的经验。方法22例患者采SeLdinger技术心包置管，深静脉导管引流后，注入化疗药物，加强导管护理，注意临床观察。结果本组置管28例次，导管阻塞4例次（14．28％），导管滑脱2例次（7．14％），穿刺点炎症3例次（10．71％），未见导管断裂。结论加强对心包置管的护理是此疗法的关键，适当的护理保证并发症少，患者痛苦少，治疗效果佳。

| Abstract: | Aim To summarize the experience of clinical nursing of patients with malignant pericardial effusion. Methods Pericardiocentesis by seidinger nyxis and intrapericardial perfusion of drugs ater pericardial drainage were performed in 22 patients ,then scrutiny and catheter nursing were administered. Results 28 cases pericardiocentesis were performed in this group, then 4 cases（14.28%）of catheter jam and 2 cases（7.14%）of slipping and 3 cases（10.71%）of infection in site of puncture were observed totally. Conclusion Enhance of catheter nursing was very important for the treatments, rare complications and better effect could be get by appropriate care. |
