对体育教师入职教育的探讨

摘    要:体育教师的专业成长是一个伴随着职业生涯始终的过程,有组织、有计划地将新体育教师置于实际工作之中,完善辅导教师制度,提供必要的资源,系统地组织辅导活动,与专业院系进行充分的、全面的合作,为新体育教师提供系统而持续的、专业上和情感上的支持和帮助,可降低其挫折感,改善其教学表现,为其持续的专业成长打下良好的基础。

Abstract:The profession growth of PE teachers is a process that goes with PE teachers' career all along, put new PE teachers into fact works systematically and designedly, to complete teacher's tutorship system, supply necessary resources, organize tutorship activity systemically, cooperate with professional colleges and departments, supply systemic and sustaining support and help in profession and emotion, may decrease the feeling of frustration, improve the teaching exhibition, and make good base for it's continuous profession growth.
