| 摘 要： | 战后在以美苏为主导的冷战格局下。日本要想调整依附于美国的对外政策，实现日苏复交，最大的障碍就是来自美国因素的干扰。从分析日苏复交过程中日本的对美政策、美国对日苏谈判态度的转变、美苏关系的特点及苏联要求同日本复交的根本原因，可以看出这一时期美日关系、美苏关系、日苏关系发展变化对谈判的影响，从而揭示出由于各方基于国家利益的需要．日苏复交后日苏关系仍然无法达到彻底改观。

| Abstract: | Japan wanted to adjust the foreign policy and recovered the diplomatic relations between the Soviet Union and Japan under postwar cold war pattern leading by US and Soviet, but the biggest barrier was the disturbance of American factors. The paper analyses the influence of the development of US-Japan relations, the US-Soviet relations, the Japanese-Soviet relations on the negotiations. The Japanese-Soviet relations were still unable to achieve a new look thoroughly after recovering diplomatic relations as the results of all national interests＇ needs. |
